Typically, the function of a civil court is to determine the liability of one party for the injuries, which do not necessarily need to be of a physical nature, that are suffered by another party.
You may file a civil action or a small claim in this Court if the total amount is $5,000 or less. The jurisdiction of Clark County District Court is limited to Arkadelphia city limits. If you feel you have an exception, you may petition the Court in writing.
