Randy Hill has served as Clark County District Court Judge since January 1999.  After graduating from Malvern High School , he attended Ouachita Baptist University  and graduated in 1981. He then went on to pursue his legal career at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock law school. He graduated from there  in 1984. He has been a practicing attorney in Arkadelphia for 25 years. He also owns and operates Clark County Abstract and Title Company in Arkadelphia and Hot Spring County Title in Malvern.
